Aimee Volk, MS, OTR/L - Director
Aimee has a true desire for helping individuals regain and maintain their independence. Aimee began her career in Occupational Therapy in 2010 working in various settings of the hospital including ICU, rehabilitation and acute care. Aimee soon realized her passion was with vision. In 2017, Aimee began a new journey as the Vision and Independent Living Services Administrator for the North Dakota Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Aimee’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s of University Studies, a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (2009) from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, and a Graduate Certificate in Low Vision (2020) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Aimee currently resides in Bismarck, ND with her husband Troy, daughters Paighton and Mallana, and three dogs.

Dan Justesen - Secretary
Dan is a May 2020 graduate from North Dakota State University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, and Entrepreneurship.
His current occupation is as a fresh department manager at Sam’s Club in Fargo. His passions include helping others in need and entertaining people with his DJing talent in clubs and venues in the Fargo area.

Sheila Ellingson - Board Member
Sheila has a work history in Accounting and Human Resources and has worked in the construction, manufacturing industries and is currently working for North Dakota Assistive, a non-profit organization that strives to bring assistive technology devices and services into the lives of North Dakotans and Minnesotans of all ages who need it.
In her free time, she enjoys trying to keep up with her 5 year old twins, reading, doing anything outdoors, and running. Sheila is an animal lover and has been an avid dog show enthusiast.
She hopes to effectively use her talents to help advance the mission of Eye-Link North Dakota.

Marsha Songstad - Treasurer
Marsha's professional background is in education and the telecommunications industry where she was involved in the management of sales and customer service. She has served as a volunteer for several non-profit organizations over the years.
She enjoys sporting events, reading, antiquing and travel.

Lisa Crosby
Lisa holds the position of Director at both the Lake Region Heritage Center and the Lake Regions Arts Center. Lisa dedicates her time to serving as a volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association, Senior Meals and Services and the City of Devils Lake Chamber of Commerce. Lisa was presented with the 2021 Devils Lake Chamber Member of the Year award and the Lake Region Unsung Hero Award in November 2022.
Amy Osvold
Amy Osvold is a vision rehabilitation specialist with North Dakota Vision Services/School for the Blind. She has been employed with the agency since 2007. Prior to working at NDVS/SB, she worked as the staff trainer/HR at REM, ND Inc., a eligibility worker for the State of Washington and a vision rehabilitation specialist for Vocational Rehabilitation in the Jamestown and Minot/Williston regions.
Laurie Westling
Laurie Westling is an assistive technology instructor at ND Vison Services/School for the Blind. She works with both students and adults during short-term program weeks and visits homes, schools, and workplaces across North Dakota. Laurie is in her 18th year at ND Vision Services/School for the Blind and has been an Assistive Technology Specialist for six of those years. She became interested in working with individuals with low vision and blindness while working with and assisting NDVS/SB staff who had visual impairments.
